Our NOLA Care team is led by Dr. Ashley Russell, DNP, a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Born in New Orleans and proud to call Jacksonville her forever home, Dr. Ashley is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-first care rooted in her faith and love for family. She’s also a nurse educator and mentor to future healthcare professionals, with a genuine passion for helping people live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Her goal is simple: to bring back the familiar family doctor experience you remember from childhood. We started our healthcare memberships because many people can't afford high-cost, high-deductible insurance. For others, their insurance doesn't offer assistance for beauty treatments. In those cases, our memberships can replace insurance. Your membership perks cover your everyday care and treatments, while getting you discounted labs, screenings, and treatments.
But memberships don't have to replace your insurance. Many patients still carry a high-deductible policy for emergencies or specialists, and use our plan as supplemental assistance for beauty treatments and ongoing care.
For most patients, yes, because memberships include ongoing care, not episodic care — you’re not billed each time you need support, follow-ups, or questions answered. Monthly pricing reduces urgent care visits, copays, and surprise bills — while giving you faster access and longer visits.
Yes. Children’s memberships start at $50/month and include preventive care, sick visits in-person and via telehealth with your provider, and school/sports physicals.
Of course! Many of our patients are families with parents, grandparents, and kids. If mom wants a healthcare and beauty membership, dad just want adult health memberships, grandpa wants to use his Cigna insurance, and we need two children's health membership - you go it!
